HB 1001 – Renewable Energy Standard
This new law will ensure that 30% of electricity from Colorado's largest utilities would come from renewable sources by 2020, creating many thousands of new jobs and making great strides towards a cleaner, greener future without increasing costs to consumers.


SB 207 – Financing State Energy Efficiency Projects
Allows the state to make long-term investments in energy efficiency.


HB 1211 – Reduced Late Fees on Trailer Registration
Reduces late fees for vehicle registration payments on light trailers and non-motorized vehicles under 2000 lbs to a maximum of $10 (instead of up to $100).


HB 1027 – Medicare Hospice Life Expectancy
Provides terminal patients with the choice to enroll in hospice care at 9 months (instead of 6 months).


HB 1050 – Online Registry of Advanced Medical Directives
Provides framework for online Medical Data providers to include Advanced Medical Directives as part of their dataset.


SB 126 – Pharmaceutical Transparency Act
Ensures publication of data when made available by the Federal Government on an accessible state website for gifts and expenditures by pharmaceutical companies to doctors.


SJR 043 – 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome Awareness Week
This resolution will increase awareness about a deadly disease and thus help with early detection of this disorder in children to ensure rapid diagnosis and treatment.


HB 1046 – Receipt of Tax Payment by County Treasurer
This bill sets clear legal guidelines to county treasurers for determining whether property tax payments are sent on time if no postmark is present on the envelope.
